Gen Z churchgoers now attend 1.9 weekends a month and Millennial churchgoers 1.8, against 1.6 for all churched adults. Barna calls it the highest rate among young Christians it has tracked.

No clear evidence overall
Among all adults born 1995 to 2002, 26% attend monthly and 30% pray daily, against 43% and 59% of the oldest adults. Pew finds religion holding steady since 2020, not reviving.
